In the third quarter of 2024, Hungary's iOS market for carpooling and ridesharing apps showcased a range of trends across the top applications. Data sourced from Sensor Tower provides insights into download numbers and weekly active user patterns, revealing the dynamics of user engagement in this sector.

Uber - Request a ride experienced a notable decrease in downloads, beginning from approximately 6.8K in early July and tapering to about 1.7K by the end of September. Despite this decline in downloads, the app's weekly active users displayed a consistent rise, increasing from around 82K to over 99K during the quarter.

Bolt: Request a Ride also saw a fluctuating download pattern, with numbers peaking mid-August at around 3K before settling back to 2.3K by the end of September.
